the 5th Asian Congress of Thoracic Imaging & 22nd Annual Meeting of the Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology (ACTI 2023), hosted by the Korean Society of Thoracic Radiology (KSTR), will be held from June 15 to 17, 2023, at the Grand Walkerhill Seoul in Seoul, Korea.
Since the establishment of the Asian Society of Thoracic Radiology (ASTR), the main goal of the congress has been the globalization of medical knowledge related to Thoracic Imaging through a well-structured system of continuing education. The 1st congress was held in Seoul in 2006 and has since continued to grow thanks to the cooperation of our Asian societies. And now, the 5th congress will be held in Seoul, once more.
Under the theme of “Leading a New Wave of Thoracic Imaging in Asia”, the Organizing Committee is preparing special sessions to adapt to this new era. In particular, the congress will offer opportunities to experience the latest AI solutions based on deep learning and aim to maximize global technical and medical advances. It will also provide a forum for exchanging the current status and future directions among ASTR member societies.
